How are your juices processed and preserved?
We use a cold-press extraction method and High Pressure Processing (HPP) to maintain maximum nutrients and flavor without using heat or preservatives.
How long will my juices stay fresh?
Each bottle is marked with a 'Best By' date. Generally, our juices stay fresh for up to 30 days when kept refrigerated. Once opened, please consume within 24 hours.
What are your shipping and delivery options?
We ship in insulated, temperature-controlled packaging to ensure freshness. Orders typically arrive within 1-2 business days after processing. Local delivery is also available in select areas.
Do you offer a subscription service?
Yes! You can subscribe to your favorite juice packs and save 15% on every order. You can choose your delivery frequency and pause or cancel at any time.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Due to the perishable nature of our cold-pressed products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or damage during transit, please contact us within 24 hours for a resolution.
Are your bottles recyclable?
Absolutely. All GOODVIBES JUICE CO. bottles are made from 100% BPA-free, recyclable PET plastic. We encourage our customers to recycle according to local guidelines.
